American Metro Bank Core Conversion

American Metro Bank is excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new core banking system on Monday, October 19th, 2026. Our core banking system is the computer software that processes our major banking functions. Examples of these functions include handling deposits and withdrawals, creating and mailing statements, processing loan payments, tracking loan history, and online and mobile banking, to name a few.

Improving The Way We Serve You…

We are making this improvement because upgrading our core system will allow us to enhance our security measures and improve processing productivity in order to serve our customers better. The change will primarily take place within the internal departments of the bank but our customers will also notice some product changes to online and mobile banking, and an improved look to monthly statements.

Our customers can be assured that all personal data and account information is safe and secure, as always. Funds also remain secure as all American Metro Bank accounts continue to be insured in accordance with FDIC regulations.

Important Changes

Online Banking

Beginning on Saturday, October 17th, online banking will enter an ‘Inquiry Only’ status. This means that balance information will not be displayed in real-time. Additionally, the ability to complete a transfer between accounts, set up new transfers, or edit current account transfers will be restricted. Online banking services will be available once again on Monday, October 19th.

Online Banking Bill Payment

The Bill payment portal within online banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, October 15th until Monday, October 19th. Bill Payments will be processed during these dates if previously scheduled. Any payments not scheduled by Sunday, October 18th will not be processed. If you have any recurring bills (automatic payments) scheduled, you will need to reset them on or after Monday, October 19th to continue the recurring schedule.

Please have any bill payments sent or scheduled to be sent no later than this date to ensure payment delivery. American Metro Bank is making every effort to transfer Bill Payment payees and scheduled payments to the new Bill Pay system.

E-Statements

eStatement history from the current online banking system will not transfer to the new system.

Please download and save all E-Statement history you wish to retain by Monday, October 19, 2026.

Statements

All American Metro Bank customers will receive a printed and mailed statement dated October 16th, 2026 including E-Statement recipients. A second statement will be sent as the regularly scheduled monthly statement at the end of October. Customers will notice a new look to their monthly statements beginning with the end-of-October statement.
